# About Seijin

Seijin is a Brazilian software company. We build SaaS products and develop custom systems, with the same engineering in both.

## What we do
### Products
Subscription software that we maintain and evolve ourselves. The first one is Agiz, an integrated management platform where each company has its own instance and turns on the apps it needs.
### Custom
Systems, integrations and automations for companies whose process doesn't fit a ready-made product. From diagnosis to a system in production.

## How we work
### Show before promising
What is ready shows up working; what is planned is called a plan.
### Clear scope
Every project starts with what's in, what's out and in what order.
### Built to last
Code someone else can maintain, with deployment and monitoring from the start.
### Direct conversation
You talk to the people who build it, with no middleman.
