Who we are
This website belongs to Seijin, a Brazilian software company. For anything about your data, write to oi@antmiranda.dev.
What data we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, phone and company (optional), the subject and the message. The site does not use tracking cookies or browsing analytics. Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser.
What we use it for
To reply to your message and, when applicable, to prepare a proposal or give you access to a product. We don't use the data for anything else and we don't sell it.
Legal basis
We process the data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on pre-contractual steps you requested (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, LGPD, art. 7, items I and V).
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure providers needed to receive and store the messages, such as hosting and email, which process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is ongoing and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.
Your rights
You can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to oi@antmiranda.dev.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
